2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility Requirements

3.2 Digital Contract Formation
By accepting our asset valuation and terms:
- You enter into a legally binding digital contract
- No additional paperwork or physical signatures are required
- Digital acceptance constitutes legal agreement
- Contract terms are immediately enforceable
- You acknowledge understanding of all terms and conditions
3.3 Asset Custody and Storage
- Assets must be surrendered to our secure facilities
- We provide fully insured storage during the holding period
- Asset security value must be at least 1.8 times the cash advance
- We maintain appropriate care standards for all assets
- Storage locations are monitored and climate-controlled where appropriate
4. Financial Terms and Conditions
4.1 Cash Advance Structure
Our asset-backed advances operate as follows:
- No Traditional Loans: We do not provide loans or credit facilities
- Asset Purchase Option: Cash advances are structured as contingent asset purchases
- Redemption Period: Agreed timeframe for asset recovery
- Service Fees: Transparent fees disclosed upfront
- No Compound Interest: Fees do not accumulate or compound
4.2 Redemption and Recovery
Asset redemption terms:
- Redemption allowed within agreed holding period
- Requires payment of principal amount plus service fee
- Must be completed in person with valid identification
- Early redemption may qualify for reduced fees
- Extensions may be available subject to renegotiation
4.3 Asset Ownership Transfer
If assets are not redeemed within the holding period:
- Ownership transfers fully to Stata Solutions Limited
- No debt obligation or repayment liability is created
- You forfeit any future claim to the asset
- We may dispose of assets at our discretion
- No additional compensation or refund is owed

- Maximum liability shall not exceed the assessed asset value
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Business interruption or lost profits are excluded
- Force majeure events release us from obligations
- Third-party actions are beyond our control
6.3 Insurance and Protection
- Assets are covered by comprehensive insurance during custody
- Insurance covers theft, fire, and accidental damage
- Natural disasters and acts of God may have limited coverage

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
